Window Nation is hiring a Canvassing Team Lead / Field Marketing Supervisor in our Denver market to manage a canvassing team in the field, track daily performance, and generate leads alongside the team. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years managing a KPI-driven team (sales, canvassing, fundraising, retail, etc.)
  • Ability to walk or stand up to 5 hours per shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Candidates must meet Window Nation’s driving and insurance standards. Driving records will be verified before hire and periodically thereafter in accordance with state laws and company policy.

Nice To Haves

  • Canvassing, field marketing, or door-to-door sales experience
  • Experience leading daily team huddles
  • Familiarity with homeowner data platforms (Zillow or similar)
  • Experience managing independent field teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead a 3-person canvassing team in residential neighborhoods
  • Run a daily pre-shift huddle and assign territories
  • Generate homeowner leads alongside your team
  • Track daily lead counts and individual performance
  • Send daily results reports to management
