About The Position

We are searching for a dedicated and hardworking individual who wants to grow with our company. Your job would be to visit customer homes to repair kitchen & laundry appliances while delivering high quality customer service. We are a well-established, successful, and honest home appliance repair company that has been in business for over 20 years. We are needing a service technician in the Northwest Arkansas area. As an appliance repair technician, you’ll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words, you’ll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work. You’ll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you’ll have to deal with people, too.

Requirements

Experience with in-home appliance service or HVAC service is required
Must be able to work as a team player
Must be self-driven
Able to work alone
Great customer service skills
Some computer skills
Good driving record
Able to pass both a drug screen and a background check
High mechanical aptitude
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Work adeptly with repair tools
Okay with lifting heavy machinery
Skilled in troubleshooting problems
Prior experienced applicants only
