Requirements
- Active CNA certification in good standing (or willingness to work as a Resident Assistant)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Promote residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety
- Collaborate with nursing and care teams
