About The Position

The role provides resident support and oversight, documents client progress and activities, administers medication, teaches daily living skills, and transports residents to appointments using company vehicles. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis management skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-stress situations.
• Must meet all background checks, training, and certification requirements.
• Customer service skills.
• Knowledge of behavioral health symptoms and diagnoses.

Nice To Haves

• Post-secondary education in human services or a related field.
• Experience in residential, behavioral health, or social services settings.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and recovery-oriented practices.
• Computer skills or experience, including EHR, Excel, Word, and Internet.
