About The Position

The Peninsula Regent is seeking a compassionate and experienced Resident Services Director to provide strategic leadership and elevate the resident experience throughout its community. The role leads the Resident Services department, supports a resident-centered culture, oversees resident transitions and complex support needs, develops the team, and helps ensure effective operations.

Requirements

• Three or more years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex situations effectively.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of resident services, elder care, and applicable regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, psychology, gerontology, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Resident Services department and promote a resident-centered culture.
• Oversee resident transitions and coordinate support for complex resident needs.
• Develop, coach, and support a high-performing Resident Services team.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners.
• Ensure operational excellence through effective communication, compliance, and accountability.
