Resident Services Coordinator
About The Position
Maloney Properties LLC is hiring a Resident Services Coordinator to support its residential communities in Middletown, Rhode Island. The coordinator joins a team of housing professionals and focuses on informing residents about community-based resources and helping them access those resources. The role also involves building relationships and partnerships with local and extended community organizations to bring additional services and support to residents. In addition, the coordinator serves as the community’s activities coordinator by developing and facilitating programs for a range of populations and needs. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some evening hours for special events.
Responsibilities
- Provide residents with information about community-based resources.
- Assist residents in accessing community-based resources.
- Network, collaborate, and build partnerships with the local and extended community to bring additional services and support to residents.
- Develop and facilitate community programming for a range of populations and needs.
- Coordinate community activities.
