The Resident Services Coordinator is the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a seamless and positive living experience. This role involves managing resident inquiries, maintaining access systems, coordinating common area reservations, and assisting with community events. The coordinator will also assist residents with general questions regarding account information and maintenance requests, and provide information on Association policies and procedures. Additionally, they will prepare and distribute regular management communications.
