About The Position

Packsize is looking for a Spare Parts Clerk to ensure accuracy of spare parts inventory, assist in the identification, sourcing, and procurement of spare parts, and act as a point of contact for spare part vendors. This person will assist the Resident Service Engineer Manager in determining stock levels based on usage and staging of materials for planned work. They will help team members with parts inquiries and audit work orders in CMMS for parts usage.

Requirements

SAP Experience
Experience with warehouse logistics/organization
Previous experience handling the payment order process upon receiving inventory
Detail oriented
Customer service driven
Knowledge of Windows platforms
Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision
Basic Microsoft (Excel, Word) or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs) experience is helpful, but not required
Bachelor’s Degree, Vocational Training, or equivalent experience recommended

Nice To Haves

CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Assist RSE team in identifying and ordering parts
Familiarity utilizing CAD & Electrical schematics
Help determine inventory min/max values based on usage
Audit inventory levels
Inventory Management Experience
Basic clerical and administrative duties, including timely reading and responding to emails, preparing and submitting expense reports, making travel arrangements, writing detailed technical reports, etc.
Responsively and productively communicate information and ideas with Packsize and customer’s personnel so they will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Adhere to all Packsize and customer’s safety requirements, and safety protocols related to exposed moving parts and electricity
Excellent work ethic and time management skills
