This role involves close collaboration with residents to prepare and assist them with all required relocation activities. The position requires regular communication with clients, management of third-party vendors (cleaners, movers, pest control), and data collection and tracking. A positive attitude and a solutions-based approach are essential for providing relocation services. The Resident Relocation Coordinator also represents HOU at company events, contributing to the company's mission and reputation. The role requires the ability to work Tuesday-Saturday.
