About The Position

AIR Communities is hiring a Resident Relations Specialist for One Boynton, an apartment community in Boynton Beach. The role supports the day-to-day resident experience by coordinating lease renewals and resident events, resolving concerns, and assisting with move-ins and move-outs. The specialist helps create a welcoming community and supports resident retention through responsive service, accurate records, and coordination with community teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or another fast-paced service environment.
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional service in a professional and friendly manner.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to serving residents and resolving concerns.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to remain calm under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the resident lease renewal process and support resident retention efforts.
• Respond to resident concerns and coordinate resolutions with community teams.
• Assist residents through move-outs, including notices to vacate and resident transfers.
• Help residents with online rent payments and account-related questions.
• Enter, track, and provide updates on service requests.
• Complete move-in and move-out inspections.
• Assist with parking and pet registrations.
• Assist with package management and resident inquiries.
• Communicate community updates and important information to residents.
• Coordinate resident events and engagement activities.
• Address policy violations professionally and consistently.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
