The Resident Regional Manager oversees a regional portfolio of buildings and multiple clinical engineering accounts for a large client. This role manages day-to-day operations, client relationships, financial performance, and service quality across facilities services including janitorial, pest control, grounds maintenance, handyman services, and clinical engineering programs. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with multi-site account experience, financial acumen, and the ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
5+ years supervisory experience in clinical engineering or facilities management
Experience managing multiple accounts and client relationships
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
