The Resident Regional Manager oversees a regional portfolio of buildings and multiple clinical engineering accounts for a large client. This role manages day-to-day operations, client relationships, financial performance, and service quality across facilities services including janitorial, pest control, grounds maintenance, handyman services, and clinical engineering programs. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with multi-site account experience, financial acumen, and the ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years supervisory experience in clinical engineering or facilities management
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and client relationships
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee regional facilities and clinical engineering accounts
  • Manage and lead teams across multiple locations
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure contract compliance
  • Ensure service quality and achievement of KPIs
  • Develop and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial goals
  • Analyze operating reports and initiate corrective actions as needed
  • Control overhead expenses and manage productivity and staffing
  • Support sales pricing activities and contract financial reviews
  • Travel 30–50% based on client needs
