The Manager Regional Employee Engagement leads a team of employee engagement specialists and actively participates in the development, execution, and evaluation of strategic internal alignment efforts for the nuclear corporate organizations. This role combines people management with hands-on responsibility for driving employee awareness, engagement, and alignment with corporate and business unit goals. The manager also serves as a key advisor to leadership, fosters a collaborative and accountable team culture, and directly contributes to critical employee notification and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience OR Associate degree with 10 years of related experience OR High School diploma/GED and 12 years of related experience
  • Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

  • Understanding of technologies such as Panopto, digital work, enterprise social networks/platforms, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and evaluate strategic internal engagement programs to support employee alignment on nuclear corporate business plan initiatives, strategic alignment plans covering teaching/learning topics, business imperatives, plant investments, and Employee Resource Groups.
  • Directly manage, mentor, and develop Regional Employee Engagement Specialists, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth, while fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture that encourages innovation, learning, and accountability.
  • Counsel leadership on strategic messaging and produce high-quality employee engagement materials across multiple mediums.
  • Assist leadership in development of All Hands meetings, Weekly Alignment Packages, digital displays, and Monday Morning Memo contributions.
  • Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
