The Residential Performance Specialist is responsible for supporting residential staff in enhancing performance and service delivery, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and promoting continuous professional development. Key responsibilities include monitoring staff performance, conducting audits, assisting with staff training, and coaching in crisis management. This role also involves collaborating with clinical, administrative, and management teams to improve the quality of care for adolescent residents and ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory policies. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to assess and improve staff practices.
