Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Sports Medicine, Physical Education, or Sports Management
1 year Relevant experience
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, community representatives, coaches, and clients.
Ability to motivate others and teach clinical skills.
Basic computer skills.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
CSCS - Strength and Conditioning Specialist NSCA - State of Pennsylvania within 120 Days

Responsibilities

Delivers direct sports performance training services to clients at all levels of athletic ability.
Designs and implements sports specific training programs for individuals and teams at every level of athletic ability.
Develops clinical competencies and sports specific training protocols and practice guidelines.
Adapts program design and service delivery to reflect current evidence based practice and industry trends.
Serves as a mentor and clinical resource for colleagues and student development.
Provides routine educational updates to staff and community members relating to clinical specialty.
Seeks opportunities to develop relationships with core and extended team members and members of athletic associations.
Establishes and maintains current evidence based standards of care.
