About The Position

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns across key channels to generate and scale qualified leads. You will work closely with Product Marketing and Sales teams, leveraging data-driven decision-making to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and overall pipeline impact. Requirements

  • 1+ year in Performance Marketing / Paid Acquisition.
  • Experience with B2B lead generation.
  • Experience with paid social, retargeting, display campaigns.
  • Managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
  • Experience working with landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and funnel logic.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize CPL/CAC.
  • Experience with A/B testing and hypothesis-driven optimization.
  • Understanding of attribution, tracking, and conversion setup.
  • Ability to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
  • Data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage paid acquisition campaigns across key channels.
  • Generate and scale qualified leads through performance marketing.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead quality, CPL, CAC, and pipeline impact.
  • Test new channels, audiences, creatives, and campaign approaches.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing Manager on messaging, offers, and funnels.
  • Monitor and improve conversion performance across the funnel.
  • Ensure correct tracking, attribution, and reporting setup.
  • Provide regular performance insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, Design.
