Killam Apartment REIT is seeking a customer-focused, energetic Live-in Resident Manager for Venus Apartments/969 Regent Street in Fredericton, NB. This is a full-time position that includes a rent benefit and salary, with shared on-call duties. Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning, basic maintenance, and customer service.
- Previous experience in the Property Management industry.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the property, including cleaning and showing units.
- First-line problem solving for tenant issues and building resident relations.
- Arranging, coordinating, and supervising onsite tradespeople.
- Responding to emergencies and performing on-call duties, enforcing property rules and regulations.
- Snow removal and salting of building entrances during winter months.
- Hosting resident events.
- Shared on-call responsibilities.
