About The Position
The Resident Engagement Assistant supports Brookdale’s Engagement 3.0 philosophy, focused on friendships first, programs second, and purpose partners. The role assists the Engagement department under the direction of a Coordinator, Manager, or Director and builds relationships with residents to foster person-centered engagement and connections among residents. Responsibilities
- Support and nurture the Engagement 3.0 philosophy: Friendships First, Programs Second, and Purpose Partners.
- Assist the Engagement department as directed by a Coordinator, Manager, or Director.
