Resident Engagement Assistant
About The Position
Brookdale is seeking a Resident Engagement Assistant to support its Engagement 3.0 philosophy, centered on friendships first, programs second, and purpose partners. The role assists the Engagement department under the direction of a Coordinator, Manager, or Director and builds relationships with residents to support person-centered engagement and connections between residents. Responsibilities

- Assist the Engagement department as directed by a Coordinator, Manager, or Director.
- Build relationships with residents to cultivate person-centered engagement and bridge connections between residents.
