Resident Engagement Assistant
About The Position
The Resident Engagement Assistant supports Brookdale’s Engagement 3.0 philosophy, which emphasizes friendships first, programs second, and purpose partners. The role assists the Engagement department under the direction of a Coordinator, Manager, or Director and builds relationships with residents to encourage person-centered engagement and connections among residents. Brookdale describes opportunities for career advancement into positions such as Resident Engagement Coordinator, Clare Bridge Program Coordinator, and Resident Engagement Manager. The role is presented as part of a community environment offering events and gatherings, resident and family hospitality, and corporate training support.
Responsibilities
- Support and nurture the Engagement 3.0 philosophy: Friendships First, Programs Second, and Purpose Partners.
- Assist the Engagement department as led by a Coordinator, Manager, or Director.
- Build relationships with residents to cultivate person-centered engagement and bridge connections between residents.
