About The Position
Broad Reach Healthcare at Liberty Commons is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant in Chatham, Cape Cod. The assistant helps create an engaging environment for residents by facilitating indoor and outdoor activities and special events. Working closely with the Activities Director, the role supports planning and carrying out programs that encourage participation and promote residents’ well-being. Compensation is $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out recreational activities and special events.
- Foster joy and connection through meaningful engagement.
- Collaborate with the Activities Director to tailor programs to residents’ needs and interests.
- Ensure activities are inclusive and stimulating and promote physical, social, and emotional well-being.
