About The Position

We are looking for a Resident Care Manager (RN) who brings strong clinical expertise, coaching skills, and a passion for quality outcomes. This is a working leadership role, perfect for someone who wants to stay close to the residents and the team, not behind a desk. The role involves providing clinical leadership and daily oversight of resident care delivery, partnering with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes and regulatory compliance, and supporting, coaching, and mentoring CNAs and nursing staff. You will also participate in admissions, assessments, and care planning, assist with floor coverage as needed (med passes, direct care, resident support), and monitor and drive quality indicators such as falls, infections, and skin integrity. The position ensures adherence to state, federal, and facility standards.

Requirements

Active RN license (state-specific)
Current RN license
Valid CPR certificate
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility
Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school

Nice To Haves

Experience in SNF/LTC strongly preferred
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred

Responsibilities
