About The Position

Benchmark is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Associate to provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. This is a full-time overnight position, scheduled from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pay is $19.25–$21.75 per hour, plus an additional overnight shift differential.

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, LNA, or PCA certification is preferred; a PCA training course is available upon hire for qualified candidates.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
