About The Position

Mary Ann Morse at Heritage is seeking Resident Care Aides to assist senior living residents with activities of daily living. The role is based in Framingham, Massachusetts, and is offered full-time or part-time, with a 7 a.m.–3 p.m. schedule and every other weekend required. The hourly salary range is $17.00–$23.00. Resident Care Aides help maintain residents’ personal safety, independence, and dignity while providing kind and welcoming service to residents, families, and guests. Duties include personal care, safety and wellbeing checks, reporting changes in condition to a nurse, escorting residents to meals and activities, responding to LifeLine calls, and light housekeeping. Requirements

Active Massachusetts CNA certification or Home Health Aide certification.

Responsibilities

Maintain each resident’s personal safety, independence, and dignity.
Display kindness and hospitality to residents, families, and guests.
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting.
Regularly check residents’ safety and wellbeing and report changes in condition to a nurse.
Escort residents to meals and activities.
Assist with activities as required.
Respond to residents’ LifeLine calls or use the backup system.
Provide light housekeeping, such as making beds or assisting with residents’ personal laundry.
