About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is hiring a caregiver for its Assisted Living and Memory Care community in North Saint Paul. The role provides personalized, person-centered care and support to senior residents. Candidates may be experienced or newly certified; CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR caregivers are welcome. Medication-administration training is provided. New team members complete four days of paid onboarding training, Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Arden Hills, Minnesota training center, with ongoing support and development from experienced leadership. Part-time and full-time shifts are available, including AM, PM, and NOC shifts. All part-time and full-time employees must be available to work every other weekend.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience; experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be a team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• Availability for AM, PM, and NOC shifts.
• Must be available to work every other weekend for part-time or full-time shifts.

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification is preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge is preferred.
• Assisted Living or Memory Care caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support resident mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Assist with medication administration after training.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly to emergency situations.
