About The Position

Resident Associates are care aides and a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent. Full-time or part-time positions are available for 3 pm–11 pm shifts, with weekend availability required. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with bonus opportunities; higher rates are available for Certified Nursing Assistants and experienced caregivers. Requirements

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Weekend availability is required.

Nice To Haves

• One year of caregiving experience is preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is listed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, and continence management.
• Assist residents with securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, using the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with other team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
