About The Position
Monarch Landing is hiring a hospitality-minded Resident Assistant (Non-Certified Caregiver) to provide care and support for residents in its Memory Care community. The role is suited to dependable caregivers who value excellence and are comfortable working with diverse residents and coworkers. Part-time positions are available across all shifts, and full-time positions are available on first and third shifts. Employees must be able to work every other weekend. CNA certification and previous Memory Care experience are preferred.
