AM Resident Assistant Full Time or Part Time (PCA/CNA) - No Mandating!
About The Position
Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care is hiring a Resident Assistant in Cloquet, Minnesota. The role supports residents in an assisted living and memory care setting, providing person-centered care in a home-like environment while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility and transfer assistance, medication administration, treatments, and support with dementia-related behaviors. The position also includes meal preparation, activities, housekeeping, and laundry. Flexible full-time, part-time, and block-scheduling opportunities are available. Requirements
- Must pass a DHS background study.
- Must be able to perform the listed care tasks while providing a supportive and dignified environment for older adults.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old, except that applicants under 18 may be considered if they have a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with toileting and bathing.
- Assist residents with dressing and grooming.
- Provide feeding assistance.
- Manage dementia-related behaviors.
