About The Position

Garden View Assisted Living is seeking passionate Resident Assistants to join its nursing team in Antigo, Wisconsin. Resident Assistants provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. Duties may include medication administration, changing linens, transporting, feeding, and grooming patients. Employees may work toward becoming a CNA and transition to the skilled side of the building, with further growth opportunities available. Pay is based on years of experience; the stated maximum wage includes the RA wage for the MaxPay program, and CNA wages are higher. Benefits may vary based on employee status.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have great customer service skills.
• Have a passion for working with the aging population.
• Have great communication skills.
• Be able to work rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
