About The Position

Mustang Creek Estates is hiring Resident Assistants (Caregivers) at its Frisco campus to support seniors with compassionate, dignified care and help create moments of comfort, joy, and encouragement. Paid training is provided, so prior caregiving experience is not required. The posting offers full-time, part-time, and PRN (as-needed) options, with multiple available shifts. Starting pay is $13.00+ per hour, with higher pay possible based on experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable, caring spirit, warm heart, positive attitude, and passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, dignified support to residents.
• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Help with meals, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Oversee medications and ensure resident safety.
• Offer residents daily joy, comfort, and encouragement.
