About The Position

Mustang Creek Estates is hiring a Resident Assistant - Caregiver at its Flower Mound campus to support seniors with compassionate, dignified care and help create moments of comfort, dignity, and joy. Paid training is provided, including for applicants with no prior experience. The employer advertises full-time, part-time, and PRN (as-needed) options, with shifts from 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, 3:00 PM–10:30 PM, and 10:30 PM–6:00 AM.

Starting pay is $13.00 or more per hour, with higher pay possible based on experience.
