About The Position
Jacent is hiring a Merchandiser for field work in Flower Mound, Texas. The role offers daytime hours and a predictable schedule, with 14–20 hours every two weeks. Paid training, mileage and travel time paid between stores, cell phone reimbursement, and advancement opportunities are offered. The pay rate is $17.00 per hour. The Merchandiser works independently and with a team to build relationships with in-store management and carry out merchandising tasks, including resets, displays, impulse-item placement, and plan-o-grams. Candidates must live within 20 miles of Flower Mound, Texas and be able to meet the physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
- Be a self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working independently and in a team setting.
- Be comfortable working in changing environments.
- Meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation: standing and walking for 3–8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and crouching, bending, twisting, and performing repetitive hand movements.
- Possess excellent organizational skills.
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with business partners.
- Reside within 20 miles of Flower Mound, Texas.
