About The Position

Evergreen Knoll is seeking caring and dependable individuals to join their overnight team as a Resident Assistant or CNA. This is an awake position where you will provide exceptional care, support, and pass medications to residents in a warm, family-like environment. No experience is necessary for this entry-level position, as all necessary training and support will be provided. The company has been rooted in care for over 25 years.

Requirements

• Sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly.
• Willingness to complete med pass training if no prior experience.
• Dependable, flexible team player with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed.
• Must respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.
• Must pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota prior to starting work.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living.
• Passing medications and supervising resident self-administration.
• Encouraging resident independence and engagement.
• Performing housekeeping duties.
• Observing residents and reporting changes in physical and emotional condition.
