About The Position
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Resident Assistant at Bethesda – Skilled Nursing Facility (Minnesota). As a nonprofit social ministry, our mission is “Serving others together in faith, community and life.” We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and caregivers to provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents in a supportive and team-oriented environment. As a primary caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by providing individualized, respectful, and loving care. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), ensuring residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or caregiver experience
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility support
- Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
- Communicating effectively with the charge nurse regarding incidents, concerns, or changes in behavior
- Building meaningful relationships with residents in a neighborhood-based care setting
- Supporting both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents
