Requirements
- Sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good judgement.

- Flexibility.
- Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed.
- Respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.
- Pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota prior to starting work.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with personal cares as scheduled.
- Performing housekeeping duties.
- Observing residents and reporting changes in physical and emotional condition.
- Passing medications and supervising resident self-administration.
