About The Position

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care operates assisted living and memory care communities in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida. The Resident Aide provides residents with daily living assistance, including medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and help using the restroom. The role may also involve housekeeping and dining room duties as needed, as well as other assigned duties. The position is scheduled for 12-hour night shifts, and weekends are required.

Requirements

• No experience is necessary; comprehensive training is provided.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Must work weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a resident assistant (RA), direct support person (DSP), caregiver, or certified nurse assistant (CNA) will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with daily living assistance, including medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and help using the restroom.
• Provide verbal encouragement and direct support to residents.
• Perform basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
