Resident Aide
About The Position
Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care operates assisted living and memory care communities in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida. The Resident Aide provides daily living assistance to residents, which may include medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and helping residents use the restroom. The role also involves offering verbal encouragement and direct support, and may include basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed. Other duties may be assigned. No prior experience is necessary; a comprehensive training program is provided. Employees must be able to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos, and be able to work various schedules and shifts as needed. Weekends are required. Experience as a resident assistant, direct support person, caregiver, or certified nursing assistant will be considered.

Responsibilities
