Resident Aide
About The Position
Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care operates assisted living and memory care communities in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida. The Resident Aide provides daily living assistance to residents, which may include medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and helping residents use the restroom. The position may also involve verbal encouragement, direct support, basic housekeeping, and dining room duties. Other duties may be assigned. No experience is necessary; a comprehensive training program is provided. Day and night shifts are available, and the role requires working weekends and being able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.

- Experience as a resident assistant (RA), direct support person (DSP), caregiver, or certified nurse assistant (C.N.A.) may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Provide residents with daily living assistance, including medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and assistance with using the restroom.
- Provide verbal encouragement and direct support to residents.
- Perform basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
