About The Position
Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care operates assisted living and memory care communities. The Resident Aide provides daily living assistance to residents, which may include medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and helping residents use the restroom. The role may also involve verbal encouragement, direct support, basic housekeeping, and dining room duties as needed. Other duties may be assigned. No experience is necessary; a comprehensive training program is provided. The role offers 12-hour day and night shifts, and weekend work is required. The employer will consider experience as a resident assistant, direct support person, caregiver, or certified nursing assistant.
Requirements
- No prior experience is necessary; a comprehensive training program is provided.
- Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
- Available to work weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a resident assistant (RA), direct support person (DSP), caregiver, or certified nursing assistant (C.N.A.).
Responsibilities
