About The Position

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care operates assisted living and memory care communities in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida. The Resident Aide provides daily living assistance to residents, offering friendly and supportive care. Duties may include medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and helping residents use the restroom, as well as basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed. Other duties may be assigned. No prior experience is necessary; a comprehensive training program is provided.

Requirements

• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Available to work weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a resident assistant (RA), direct support person (DSP), caregiver, or certified nursing assistant (CNA).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance to residents, including medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and restroom assistance.
• Provide verbal encouragement and direct support to residents.
• Perform basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
