About The Position

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care operates assisted living and memory care communities in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida. The Resident Aide provides daily living assistance to residents, including medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and restroom assistance. The role may also involve basic housekeeping and dining room duties. The position is a 12-hour night shift, and weekends are required. No prior experience is necessary; a comprehensive training program is provided.

Requirements

• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Available to work weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a resident assistant (RA), direct support person (DSP), caregiver, or certified nurse assistant (C.N.A.) is considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with daily living assistance, including medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and restroom assistance.
• Provide verbal encouragement and direct support to residents.
• Perform basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
