About The Position

Concordia at SpiriTrust – Luther Ridge is hiring compassionate Resident Assistants to join our team. Pay up to $19.70 per hour. Our smaller Personal Care setting allows you to provide personalized care while working alongside dedicated coworkers who share your commitment to residents. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Active PA Nurse Aide Registry status is a plus but NOT required
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining
- Support daily living activities including laundry, housekeeping, and transportation to activities
- Respond promptly to resident needs
- Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Follow resident care, safety, and infection control procedures
