The Resident Advocate position is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt role within a faith-based, non-profit organization. The advocate will build supportive relationships with residents, encourage accountability, and assist them in navigating daily routines and program goals. This role involves supporting program activities, reinforcing program expectations, and maintaining a safe and structured residential environment. The advocate will also be responsible for documentation, attending staff meetings and trainings, and participating in the on-call rotation. Evening Resident Advocates have additional responsibilities related to maintaining safety, structure, and accountability during evening hours, including monitoring resident movement, conducting drug screens, and facilitating evening programming.
