About The Position

Sentara Health is hiring a Residency Program Coordinator I for SNVMC in Woodbridge, VA. This is a full-time, permanent position with standard working hours of 8am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. The role is responsible for the general administrative oversight and management of a specific GME training program. The Program Coordinator will work alongside the Program Director to ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and institutional policies. Key duties include managing day-to-day activities, organizing academic/educational conferences, overseeing the educational schedule, managing the clinical schedule, and coordinating with prospective applicants and alumni.

Requirements

  • Associate's Level Degree REQUIRED
  • 3 years of Administration experience REQUIRED
  • Relevant experience REQUIRED
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) preferred upon hire. If certification is not possessed upon hire, it must be obtained within 3 years of the hire date.
  • Administration or Coordinator experience in an academic, business, or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities
