This role involves responding promptly to guest and inter-departmental requests, preparing and managing housekeeping carts, entering guest rooms to replenish amenities and linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, removing trash, and ensuring all appliances are present and functional. The attendant will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of rooms and common areas, including dusting, polishing, and vacuuming. Adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and security protocols is essential. This includes reporting maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries, and completing safety training.
