Residences Guest Room Attendant
About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Residences Room Attendant to join our dynamic Residential Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our residences. Satisfying our residents depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance. This position may be the perfect fit for you! It is more than cleaning rooms, but rather having an eye for detail to ensure all residential rooms are clean and up to standard. The Residences Room Attendant anticipates, customizes, and services guest’s needs before being asked and are knowledgeable about all available menu options. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Residences Room Attendants to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- One to two years’ experience working in Housekeeping or Laundry preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Work authorization in the United States
Responsibilities
- Ensure all residential rooms are clean and up to standard.
- Anticipate, customize, and service guest’s needs before being asked.
- Be knowledgeable about all available menu options.
