Requirements

Ability to read, speak, and understand English
High school diploma (or equivalent) or currently enrolled
Able to move and work in confined or varied spaces
May be exposed to bodily fluids and communicable illnesses
Lift, push, or pull up to 50-100 lbs. independently
Stand or walk for extended periods
Sufficient vision and hearing (with or without assistive devices) to perform duties effectively

Nice To Haves

Housekeeping experience in healthcare or large facilities preferred

Responsibilities

Clean resident rooms and bathrooms daily per facility standards
Maintain rooms in a neat, orderly condition based on resident preferences
Clean assigned common areas (e.g., offices, dining areas, hallways, activity spaces)
Follow infection control procedures at all times
Safely store cleaning chemicals when not in use
Report maintenance or repair needs promptly
Follow direction from housekeeping supervisor on daily assignments
Support overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
Assist with additional tasks as assigned
