Residence Manager - Warwick
About The Position
Greystone Programs is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Residence Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of their group homes in Warwick, NY, as part of their Residential Services program for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). This role involves implementing core values of Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Honesty, and Diversity. The Residence Manager will coordinate a team of Direct Support Professionals, ensuring all aspects of residents' lives are managed within an OPWDD certified group home. The position requires mentoring, teaching, guiding, and leading the creation, monitoring, and evaluation of meaningful plans to foster resident growth and development. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
Requirements
- Relevant supervisory experience and demonstrated competence in independently leading/supervising staff will be considered as an alternative to a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience working in an OPWDD setting is preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
Responsibilities
