Requirements

  • Previous guest service or reception experience – You know how to keep guests happy from the first hello.
  • High school diploma or equivalent – Solid communication skills make all the difference.
  • Flexible availability – Nights, weekends, and holidays? You’re ready to work when guests need you most.
  • Friendly, clear communicator – You make guests feel welcome over the phone.
  • Attention to detail – Accuracy with reservations and payments keeps everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly with a positive, clear voice and a smile you can hear.
  • Book guest reservations and process cancellations quickly and accurately.
  • Provide helpful info about hotel services, local dining, shopping, and travel directions.
  • Handle credit card transactions securely and efficiently—because trust matters.
  • Pitch in with any other tasks needed to keep the reservations desk running smoothly.
