About The Position

The Reservations Desk Clerk is responsible for answering incoming calls promptly with a positive, clear voice and a smile you can hear. This role involves booking guest reservations and processing cancellations quickly and accurately. The clerk will also provide helpful information about hotel services, local dining, shopping, and travel directions. Additionally, they will handle credit card transactions securely and efficiently, and assist with other tasks to ensure the reservations desk runs smoothly. Requirements

  • Previous guest service or reception experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible availability – Nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Friendly, clear communicator
  • Attention to detail
