About The Position
We are looking for a responsible reservationist to join our team! You will handle every aspect of the Open Table reservation system; from taking the orders (phone), ringing them in, and communicating to the team. You are great at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With special attention to the details, you care about performing quality work and overall contributing to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.
Requirements
- Be 18 years of age
- Must adhere to confidentiality
- Be able to sit for long periods of time
Nice To Haves
- Experience with the Open Table reservation system
Responsibilities
- Take orders over the phone for take out orders
- Answer all phone calls and direct guests requests to the appropriate party
- Book reservations
- Manage employee breakroom inventory and restocking
- Generate daily reports
- Menu knowledge
- Any other relevant tasks assigned by management
